Dr. Meenu Vikram, an esteemed full-time faculty member at Notre Dame of Maryland University, and part-time adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, is a dedicated educator with a profound commitment to nurturing the academic and personal growth of her students. Holding a Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from GBPUA&T Pantnagar, India, Dr. Vikram brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role with over a decade of teaching experience outside and inside of the USA.
Dr. Vikram's teaching philosophy centers on student-centered pedagogy, where she encourages active participation and critical thinking. She employs a variety of innovative teaching methods, including group discussions, experiential learning activities, and multimedia presentations, to cater to diverse learning styles and promote deep understanding. Beyond academia, she is actively involved in outreach programs aimed at promoting understanding of art, mindfulness, and language learning to enrich the communities.
