Jennifer Muzyka, Ph.D, is Ewing T. Boles Professor of Chemistry at Centre College in Danville, KY, where she has been a faculty member since 1994. Muzyka earned her BS in chemistry from the University of Dallas and her PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Texas, Austin. Muzyka is program director for Centre College on HHMI’s Inclusive Excellence 3 program, which led her to take the Inclusive STEM Teaching Program (ISTP) course in 2021 and later to serve as a facilitator for Centre’s FLC associated with the ISTP course. Muzyka is a founding member of the leadership board of OrganicERs, which encourages organic chemistry educators to implement evidence-based education.
