Elizabeth Jaeger, PhD. is an Associate Professor of Social Science at the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI), and currently serves as the Chair of the Social Sciences department. She is also a member of the Center for the Advancement of STEM Leadership (CASL) Research Team at UVI. Her research interests include the study of the characteristics of STEM leadership at Historically Black Colleges and Universities that promote broadening participation in STEM.
