Dr. Aimee Hollander earned her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at Virginia Commonwealth University. After her postdoctoral fellowship she began teaching in a variety of higher ed institutions. She has been an Assistant Professor of Biology, science education, a director for a center for teaching excellence and most recently the director of the Harvard Medical School Curriculum Fellows Program. Dr. Hollander is passionate about science education, scholarship of teaching and learning and making effective STEM education accessible to all students.
