Kristen Fulfer earned a PhD in chemistry from Louisiana State University in 2015 and is currently an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Centre College in Danville, KY. She specializes in physical chemistry and spectroscopy. She actively teaches within the general chemistry and physical chemistry sequences at Centre College. Kristen is also a part of Centre College's institutional team for an Howard Hughes Medical Institute Inclusive Excellence 3 Grant. Centre College is part of Learning Community Cluster 5 for this grant. As part of the grant team, Kristen has been actively involved in studying student sense of belonging in general chemistry courses and institutionally within the general education curriculum.
