Katie Johnson, PhD, Xavier University, is the Network Director of the SCIENCE Collaborative. A former tenured faculty member, department chair, and independent consultant, she now works with educators, administrators, students, and staff of the 14 member institutions of the SCIENCE Collaborative network to unify and focus institutional efforts to create and maintain introductory undergraduate STEM environments where every student has the opportunity to succeed and feels supported.
