Program Abstract: STEM education faces unprecedented challenges in the 21st century, from persistent achievement gaps to the rapidly evolving demands of industry and workforce development. The traditional approaches to teaching, learning, and faculty engagement are often insufficient to meet these demands. This workshop will empower faculty, staff, and administrators to critically examine the barriers to STEM reform while exploring innovative strategies that integrate interdisciplinary approaches and emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), drones, and data analytics, to drive equity and transformative change in STEM higher education.
