Program Abstract: Over the last five years, the Title V BEST grant at St. Mary's University has provided faculty, staff and students with beneficial opportunities for professional and leadership development. Course designs and redesigns were made possible along with strengthening the Engineering Management Program, creative a new Construction Management Certificate, and presenting a Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle major. With Covid as a major set-back, this poster session will use an Impact Summary to determine the change and efficacy of the grant's work.
