Program Abstract: Poster readers will explore the unique benefits of tailoring discussions about inclusion to their specific educational setting, discovering a wide array of effective strategies to enhance inclusivity in their classrooms. Lastly, my goal is for participants to learn about a faculty-development approach they can customize and implement at their institution to foster meaningful conversations on inclusion.
